Therapy for Creative Individuals & Couples
Making the choice to begin therapy is the first step toward healing and transforming your life and relationships.
What is Integrative Psychotherapy?
The term “integrate” signifies the act of harmoniously combining elements into a cohesive whole. In my practice, this concept represents a therapeutic approach firmly rooted in relational psychodynamic psychology. It delves into how early life experiences may shape our current situations, providing a framework to explore both conscious and unconscious aspects of your life. I weave in trauma-informed somatic psychology (TRM), employ creative methods, delve into dream work, and incorporate certified EMDR where relevant. I hold this approach to psychotherapy in high regard because I believe it pays homage to the distinctive humanity of each individual by addressing the complete person – encompassing the body, mind, and soul.
